Database Systems Architect with Financial Reporting Expertise

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Database Systems Architect to join our Data Science and Business Insights Department at HR4ALL. This team plays a crucial role in financial reporting and business decision-making processes, ensuring compliance with complex financial requirements.

• Design, develop, and maintain complex financial reporting solutions, utilizing strong SQL Server skills and knowledge of database systems.
• Troubleshoot data issues, validate result sets, and deliver high-quality ad-hoc reports (SSRS) and analyses within tight deadlines.
• Design, develop, and maintain data loading processes from external heterogeneous sources using PowerShell and SQL scripts.

• Experience: At least 3 years as a SQL Server DBA or similar role.
• Skills:
  • Ability to design and implement business processes into efficient, functional code.
  • Strong understanding of data and schema standards and concepts.
  • Proficient in database design, implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Skilled in Performance Tuning and Optimization, using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
  • Expertise in operational automation using scripts.
• Work Style:
  • Able to multi-task and work effectively under deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • High standards for design, documentation, and testing.

• Familiarity with financial terms and processes.
• Experience with AWS.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
• Knowledge of Snowflake.

Salary: Estimated $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
