As a Senior Vice President, Business at Rise, you will be responsible for shaping the company's growth strategy and driving operational excellence across the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead our global Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, with a focus on accelerating revenue, developing go-to-market strategies, managing key client relationships, and building high-performing teams. Your role spans both the demand and supply sides of our AdTech ecosystem, ensuring strategic alignment and seamless execution across all business functions.
Key Responsibilities- Own and lead the development of our global business strategy, driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and positioning the company as a category leader in AdTech.
- Oversee Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring strategic alignment, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across both demand (advertisers) and supply (publishers), tailored to business objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and strategic foresight.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders with a focus on U.S. markets.
- Lead customer lifecycle strategy, from acquisition to retention, ensuring best-in-class experience and long-term value.
- Drive monetization and yield optimization, leveraging data and innovation to improve profitability across revenue streams.
- Lead strategic initiatives, including partnerships, alliances, and M&A overseeing negotiation, due diligence, and integration.
- Act as a key member of the executive team, working closely with the CEO, CBO, and leadership to align business priorities with company vision.
- 8+ years in senior leadership roles with a proven record of scaling revenue, building teams, and driving growth, preferably in AdTech or a related digital ecosystem.
- Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding of AdTech market dynamics, including programmatic advertising, supply/demand relationships, and monetization strategies.
- Experience managing international clients and partners, particularly in the U.S. market, with a strong ability to build trusted relationships.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and business acumen.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience presenting to executive teams and boards.
- A hands-on, adaptable leadership style with a track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including internationally.
