Maintenance Technician Job Description

  • This role involves performing routine maintenance and repairs on various aspects of the building, including drywall, painting, doors, locks, and restrooms.
  • Additionally, this position includes setting up and tearing down events, installing and reconfiguring modular workstations and office setups, and installing interior artwork.

Main Tasks

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to OSHA guidelines.
  • Utilize hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Lift and move up to 50 lbs of equipment and materials as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required for consideration.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance, custodial, construction, or carpentry is necessary for success.
  • Prior experience with hand and power tools is an asset.
