Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP System Integration Specialist to lead and manage the implementation and optimization of our enterprise resource planning system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP project leadership, a deep understanding of manufacturing environments, and the ability to work across multiple disciplines to drive successful implementation and adoption.

The selected individual will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end integration of ERP systems with other enterprise platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient business processes. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets, and identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.

In addition, the ERP System Integration Specialist will be responsible for training and supporting end-users to ensure smooth adoption of ERP solutions, managing relationships with vendors and external consultants, and ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading ERP implementation or migration projects
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Priority, or Costpoint
  • Excellent project management skills, including experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
