Job Description

As a Senior Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for developing innovative hardware solutions that drive business growth.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop high-speed digital and optical circuit boards, as well as define specifications, design, test, integrate, and release new products for production.

Additionally, you will create hardware design specifications and test plans, collaborate with R&D disciplines to meet design objectives, provide engineering support for designs in production, and manage the transfer of products to contract manufacturers.

Guiding PCB designers during the design process and working closely with FPGA, software, and test engineering teams during product integration are also key aspects of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • BSc in Electrical Engineering. MSc is an advantage.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Hardware Engineer.
  • Experience with high-speed circuit design and layout.
  • Experience in military applications is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, teamwork oriented, and well organized.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).

Knowledge Base

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, including circuit design, layout, and analysis.

Experience with simulation tools and methodologies, such as SPICE or MATLAB, is highly desirable.

Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
