Job Overview

We're seeking a Cloud Technical Solutions Expert to join our team.

This role will involve working with customers to address their complex post-sales concerns, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, containerization, and Kubernetes, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

The Cloud Technical Solutions Expert will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and web
  • Troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing timely solutions
  • Updating support cases to record progress and documenting technical solutions in the knowledge base
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1.5-2 years of experience in support roles
  • Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
  • Experience with containers and Kubernetes concepts
  • Hands-on troubleshooting experience with containers and Kubernetes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a diverse team environment
