We are seeking a seasoned software developer to lead and mentor our team of engineers. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced full-stack developer to join our company and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Job Description:
  • Lead and guide a team of 24 developers in multiple disciplines, including DevOps, backend, WordPress, Flutter, React, and Angular.
  • Design, build, and maintain robust full-stack solutions using C# as a core language.
  • Work across .NET, PHP, or similar backend technologies.
  • Develop frontends with React and Angular.
  • Deploy apps in Azure, utilizing Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and DevOps pipelines.
  • Manage CI/CD, scaling, and secure deployments.
  • Collaborate with QA, product, and stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve full-stack technical issues.
  • Foster shared goals and technical alignment across rotating team compositions.
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in server-side development.
  • Practical experience with React and Angular.
  • Experience with Azure services, including CI/CD.
  • Azure B2C advantage.
  • Leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
