We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee product configuration, documentation and engineering processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in change management, process optimization and project leadership.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing product configuration and Bill of Materials (BOM) management
  • Analyzing and improving end-to-end change management processes
  • Maintaining product configuration consistency and traceability
  • Ensuring seamless data transfer to subcontractors and global production sites
  • Collaborating with R&D, QA, Operations and business teams

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in multidisciplinary companies
  • Strong process-oriented mindset with ability to analyze and implement process improvements
  • Proficiency in PLM platforms, methodologies and best practices
