As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by:
- Conducting outbound prospecting to generate new leads
- Qualifying leads and setting up meetings for the sales team
- Making high-volume calls and follow-ups
- Collaborating with internal teams to optimize lead generation strategies
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system
- Continuously learning about our AI solutions and effectively communicating their value to potential customers
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- 1+ year of successful sales experience in Sales or as Business Development Representative (SDR) in a software or SaaS company
- Fluent English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work US hours
- You're passionate about growing into a career in sales and focused on self-development and excellence
- A true hunter mentality – You thrive on outbound prospecting and love closing deals
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally within a team-oriented environment
