Arad Tech Sourcing is seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Tel Aviv. This part-time or freelancer hybrid opportunity offers the chance to work on exciting web applications using React, C#, and .NET.

We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in full-stack development, particularly in React, C#, and .NET. If you have experience with REST-style APIs and database management, especially MSSQL, we'd love to hear from you.

This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. As a senior software engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing applications for maximum performance and scalability. You will also write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in developing with React, C#, and .NET, as well as a strong knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Experience with cloud services like Azure or AWS and familiarity with microservices architecture are considered advantages.
