We are in need of a seasoned product management professional who can drive innovation and growth in our mobile products. As a leader on our Preloads team, you will be responsible for defining the vision and roadmap for our products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features, and ensuring that our products meet the needs of our users.

Responsibilities:
">
  • ">
  • Establish a shared strategy across the organization by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution">
  • Drive the strategy for a portfolio of products to create a deliberate plan and a cohesive strategy">
  • Manage and grow a team of product managers, while also expanding existing product strategy">
  • Navigate complex system integrations and explain business decisions to leadership">
  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of products">
  • Drive product development with a team of engineers, data scientists, and designers">
  • Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction">
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products">
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm">

Qualifications:
">
  • ">
  • 9+ years of product management experience, or equivalent tech experience building products at scale">
  • 5+ years of experience as a people manager">
  • Experienced in hiring and growing teams of product managers">
  • Experience using data to solve business problems, and leading through influence (vs authority)">
  • Structured communication skills">
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or technical discipline, or equivalent working experience">
  • Experience building consumer software at massive scale">
  • Experience in hiring and managing multi-disciplinary teams">
