Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Product Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Operations Engineering Team, you will be responsible for supporting the transition of new products from development into production (NPI), managing electrical components and designs, and maintaining configuration integrity through the product lifecycle management system.

This role combines deep expertise in electrical and component engineering with strong product leadership and configuration management responsibilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Procurement, Quality Assurance, and Production, as well as with external manufacturing partners and suppliers.

The successful candidate will have experience leading NPI processes from development through production ramp-up, with a strong understanding of design-for-manufacturing principles, manufacturing quality, and test design. They will also have hands-on experience with electrical design and manufacturing support, as well as experience with product data management systems like Teamcenter.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support NPI processes from development through production ramp-up
  • Manage electrical components and designs, ensuring accurate product data management and BOM control
  • Maintain configuration integrity through the product lifecycle management system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and technical alignment
  • Review and update electrical schematics and drawings, provide technical input for troubleshooting and improvements

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in electrical/component engineering or manufacturing engineering roles within high-tech, automation, or machinery companies
  • Proven experience in component engineering, selection, qualification, lifecycle management, and supplier interface
  • Strong hands-on experience in electrical design and manufacturing support
  • Experience leading NPI processes from development through production ramp-up
  • Solid understanding of DFx principles, manufacturing quality, and test design
  • Experience with product data management systems like Teamcenter
  • Excellent project planning, time management, and multitasking capabilities
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to work under pressure
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
