As a seasoned customer success expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and adoption of our platform. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the onboarding process for our brands, ensuring a seamless and efficient transition onto our system.

You will serve as the key point of contact for our brands and retailers, providing them with exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with us. Your expertise in account management will be instrumental in building strong relationships with our clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and providing training and support as needed.

In this role, you will work closely with our operations teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive business results. Your analytical mind and problem-solving skills will enable you to navigate complex issues and provide innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer success or sales
