  • Leading cross-functional communication between project teams – setting development goals and tracking execution.
  • Driving and coordinating between R&D, Customer Service, and architecture teams.
  • Support decision-making by identifying trade-offs, resolving conflicts, and helping manage risks.
  • Understand technical challenges and assist in driving them to resolution by involving the right stakeholders.
  • Contribute to improving development processes and team workflows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
  • Previous hands-on experience in software development.
  • 2+ years of experience in managing/leading software development teams.
  • Familiarity with embedded software development and general software development life cycles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and learn quickly.
  • Good organizational and communication skills; a team-oriented mindset.
  • Run and created a plan using planning and tracking tools.
  • Fluent English.
