Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Support Enablement and Escalations Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing enablement materials for support teams, identifying widespread issues, and communicating updates. You will also identify supportability and usability requirements for new releases during the design phase as well as post GA via enhancement requests.

You will develop and deliver training materials for TAC, including troubleshooting guides and processes. Additionally, you will monitor and identify case trends, providing opportunities to catch problems before they escalate.

Responsibilities
  • Develop enablement materials for support teams, including documentation and training resources
  • Identify and communicate widespread issues to stakeholders
  • Support product development by identifying supportability and usability requirements
  • Deliver training programs for technical teams, ensuring effective knowledge transfer
  • Maintain case trend analysis to prevent problem escalation
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in support roles with direct interaction with global customers and internal teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience troubleshooting complex network issues
  • Proficiency in web protocols, HTTP, HTTPS, TLS
  • Expertise in Windows troubleshooting
  • Comfortable using tools like Wireshark or Chrome Developer Tools to isolate OS/Network security layer issues
