As a data product manager, you will work closely with various business teams to determine their data needs. This role requires collaboration with professionals from Data Engineering and Business Intelligence (BI) teams to design, develop, and maintain data solutions based on AWS data platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for connecting with stakeholders to understand their requirements and working with established data engineering and BI teams within an Agile framework to execute on existing roadmaps. Additionally, they will plan for and prioritize against new requirements and requests from the business.

This role involves working closely with BI developers and data analysts to ensure stakeholders have the visibility they need into our data products and their impact. A significant part of this job is defining the structure of our Data Warehouse (DWH) and designing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes based on internal and third-party systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with business teams to determine data needs
  • Working with Data Engineering and BI teams to design, develop, and maintain data solutions
  • Defining DWH structure and ETL processes
  • Coordinating between teams and resources for effective project execution

Requirements for this role include:

  • 2+ years of experience in a data-related field
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
  • Experience with designing and creating Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with unstructured data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
