Relationship Building Specialist

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships with people. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for developing lasting relationships with customers, discovering their financial needs, and providing thoughtful solutions to meet those needs.

You will work closely with business partners to connect customers with experts who can help with specialized needs such as mortgage and wealth management. Additionally, you will operate a teller drawer, open accounts, perform account maintenance, and assist customers with digital products.

This is a dual role that requires flexibility and adaptability. Depending on the shift, you might be responsible for bank opening/closing or helping support community and bank events.
