Banking and Financial Services Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable professional to join our team as a Banking and Financial Services Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our customers, helping them to achieve their financial goals and objectives.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to our customers, helping them to understand their financial options and make informed decisions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and objectives, and providing personalized recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to our customers.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Intermediate computer skills, with experience using financial software and systems.
