Financial Service Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Financial Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and implementing customized solutions to meet the financial needs of our customers.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and objectives, and providing personalized recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to our customers.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Intermediate computer skills, with experience using financial software and systems.

In addition, we offer competitive pay and eligibility to earn an annual bonus. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $21.00-$28.00, but actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as your qualifications, skills, and experience.
