Category Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Category Management Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing category management strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing category management strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Supporting new product development by researching and sourcing new products and vendors.
- Visiting vendors to understand manufacturing processes and attending trade shows to stay ahead of industry trends.
You will work closely with our Creative and Purchasing teams to develop effective catalog and digital strategies that drive sales and customer engagement.
In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone who is a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills. You will mentor and support junior team members to foster their growth and development.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field such as supply chain management or marketing.
- At least three years of experience in category management, supply chain or marketing.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
