These roles contribute to the success of the organization’s global sourcing strategy, ensuring the achievement of cost efficiencies, supplier excellence, and the long-term sustainability of the supply chain. Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of global sourcing strategies for assigned categories to deliver cost savings, innovation, and supplier value. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring performance standards are met and fostering long-term partnerships. Drive negotiations for high-value contracts, focusing on cost optimization, quality, delivery performance, and risk management. Think Fast by identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, price fluctuations, and geopolitical factors. Work it Together by collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies with corporate goals. Make the Hard Call by driving cost reduction and efficiency improvements through the identification of new suppliers and innovative sourcing strategies. Salary Range A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $110,000 USD - $130,000 USD. Qualifications 2-7 year's experience sourcing raw materials, such as Glass, Plastic, Wood, Chemicals, Electronics, Metals, within a manufacturing company. Experience working for a large, complex and matrixed company. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field Ability to develop, lead, and manage supply chain strategy and supply base for one or more categories Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex supplier contracts Proven ability to scope and create projects to reduce cost, improve productivity, reduce supplier risk, and increase capacity Collaborative approach to communication and problem-solving Ability to foster trust and build strong interpersonal connections with leadership teams Salary Range A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $110,000 USD - $130,000 USD.
