Logistics and Supply Chain Leader

CropX Technologies, a pioneering global start-up, is seeking an exceptional Logistics and Supply Chain Leader to spearhead its overall supply chain and logistics strategy.

This senior role will oversee the entire production flow, from raw material procurement to final product delivery, ensuring seamless execution of the company's delivery plan.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms, as well as expertise in sourcing and procurement techniques.

A successful Logistics and Supply Chain Leader will build long-term relationships with vendors, negotiate proposals, prices, and specifications, and manage inventory levels effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that drive business growth and efficiency.

• Manage supplier agreements, including contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and on-time delivery.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in the high-tech industry.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Proficiency in Priority ERP system, or similar software platforms.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
