
Senior Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving process improvements, implementing best practices, and using data-driven approaches to optimize business operations.
About the Role:
The Operational Excellence Lead will be responsible for leading and supporting process improvement initiatives across various departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This includes analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and developing actionable recommendations to enhance performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement operational solutions that drive continuous improvement and streamline operations.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement, developing strategic plans to address these opportunities.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and assess the impact of improvements.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to inform decision-making and drive operational excellence.
- Conduct training and workshops to promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Support the creation and maintenance of process documentation, procedures, and standards.
- Lead cross-functional projects focused on improving quality, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
You will need:
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with business process mapping and analysis tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Strong data analysis skills and experience working with data visualization tools.
- Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams (advantage).
Soft Skills:
In addition to technical skills, you will need:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Strong change management skills and ability to drive cultural change within the organization.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
