About the role:

We are seeking an experienced ASIC Design Engineer to join our Cloud-Scale Machine Learning Acceleration team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing hardware in our data centers.

As part of this role, you will lead and grow a team of SOC integration engineers, drive technical decisions across multiple disciplines, ensure on-time delivery of complex SOC integration milestones, and establish best practices for top-level integration.

You will thrive in this role if you have a proven track record leading SOC integration teams through successful tape-outs, excel at cross-functional leadership, are passionate about developing engineers and implementing robust integration methodologies, have deep expertise in high-performance SOC design, and are data-driven with the ability to effectively balance technical excellence with project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and grow a team of SOC integration engineers
  • Drive technical decisions across multiple disciplines
  • Ensure on-time delivery of complex SOC integration milestones
  • Establish best practices for top-level integration

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience with 3+ years in people management
  • Deep technical expertise in SOC integration and methodology
  • Track record of successful tapeouts in leading edge nodes
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills
