In today's technology-driven world, the demand for AI-powered systems and applications continues to grow exponentially.

This trend is driving innovation in various fields, including software development, networking, and runtime engineering.

The Intel SW AI team plays a crucial role in this space, developing multiple generations of AI accelerators and GPUs targeted for inference and training.

As AI models become increasingly complex, performance and scalability have become key aspects of the software solution. Our Runtime and HCL teams are responsible for developing the compute RT submission stack and Collectives communication libraries.

As a Software Engineer in this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our real-time software stack.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications.

Your primary focus will be on optimizing software to meet performance requirements, ensuring low latency and high reliability.

We are seeking top-notch Software Engineers with multidisciplinary capabilities, extreme motivation, and very high analytical skills.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Developing experience in Linux environment.
  • Proficiency in C++ programming.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in software development for ASIC.
  • Background or experience with GPUs.
  • Background or knowledge in Networking.
  • Experience with multithreaded programming.
  • Experience with runtime performance optimizations.
  • Experience in distributed computing, HPC or collective libraries (MPI, NCCL, etc).
