Manual QA Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Manual QA Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and stability of our product before it reaches our customers.

In this position, you will manually test features developed by our engineering team, verifying that they meet the required standards. Your work will have a direct impact on our customers' trust and experience, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in manual QA for software products and possess excellent attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, are also essential for this role.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform manual testing on new features before they go live.
  • Review and validate user flows, edge cases, and UI/UX details.
  • Write and maintain clear test cases and detailed bug reports.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product and Development teams to understand feature requirements and ensure full coverage.
  • Ensure a smooth release process by identifying and reporting bugs early.
  • Continuously improve testing processes, documentation, and quality standards.
  • Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in manual QA for software products.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and features simultaneously.
  • Accountable and dependable.
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Extra:
  • Experience working in SaaS companies.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Slack, and Intercom.
