About the Role:

  • Ensure marketing campaigns meet quality standards, guaranteeing a great experience for our users.
  • Take ownership of marketing funnel quality across Mobile and Web, utilizing industry-standard tools.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Data, Product Marketing, and Engineering teams to maintain smooth operations.
  • Monitor marketing KPIs and drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Analyze issues and gaps in our processes, suggesting practical improvements.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Provide regular feedback on marketing features in development.
  • Support production-related questions about marketing setups and configurations.

Requirements:

  • A dedicated individual who cares about quality and is proactive in making things happen.
  • Minimum 2 years of QA experience, preferably with a focus on marketing flows.
  • Confident testing on web and mobile platforms.
  • Comfortable analyzing data and extracting useful insights.
  • Rigorous attention to detail.
  • Able to thrive under pressure and deadlines.
  • Strong sense of ownership, taking initiative without waiting for direction.
  • Naturally curious, driven, and always seeking improvement.
  • Solid SQL skills.
  • Experience with Looker or similar analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Snapchat Ads, Voluum, AppsFlyer, or other marketing platforms.
