About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with our company's growth objectives and values.
  • Recruitment Lifecycle: Lead the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Sourcing Strategies: Utilize diverse range of sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to attract top talent.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct in-depth interviews, utilize standardized assessments, and leverage behavioral interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Negotiation Process: Lead the negotiation process with final-stage candidates, ensuring competitive offers and a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Recruitment Workflows: Optimize recruitment workflows to ensure a seamless and candidate-friendly experience. Utilize data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: A proven track record of success in talent acquisition within the high-tech ecosystem (at least 2 years).
  • Market Understanding: Deep understanding of the tech talent market and the unique challenges of sourcing and hiring in the high-tech sector.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Linguistic Skills: Fluency in English and Hebrew (both written and spoken).
