Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner with expertise in recruitment and talent management. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proactive, and have a proven track record of successful hiring processes.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a crucial role in managing the full recruitment life cycle, including planning and executing creative and targeted recruitment strategies. They will source candidates through various channels, conduct interviews, and work closely with department heads to ensure seamless hiring decisions.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to meet business needs.
  • Build relationships with candidates and maintain regular follow-up throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline candidate data and enhance the hiring experience.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced hiring processes and the ability to thrive in a dynamic setting.
  • Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive and initiative-driven approach.
  • Experience with ATS is a plus.
