We're on the hunt for a seasoned Digital Acquisition Expert to spearhead our large-scale user acquisition efforts.

About the Role

As a Digital Acquisition Expert, you'll be responsible for leading and managing programmatic user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms. Your goal will be to develop and execute performance-driven strategies that meet key performance indicators such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on investment (ROI), and lifetime value (LTV) targets across various markets.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large-scale programmatic user acquisition campaigns via demand-side platforms (DSPs), ad networks, and preload partners.
  • Develop and implement performance-driven strategies to achieve CPA, ROI, and LTV goals across multiple markets.
  • Optimize campaigns through continuous A/B testing, bidding strategies, creative assets, and segmentation.
  • Nurture relationships with external media partners, DSPs, ad networks, and mobile original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
  • Analyze performance data in-depth and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, data, and product teams to deliver high-performing campaigns.
  • Identify and test new media channels and programmatic opportunities to efficiently grow our user base.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing programmatic UA campaigns via DSPs (e.g., DV360, Liftoff, Moloco, etc.).
  • Experience working with ad networks and OEM/preload partners.
  • Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel proficiency and experience with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) like AppsFlyer.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Fluent English language proficiency (written and spoken). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field – an advantage.
