We are looking for a skilled professional to join our technical support team as an Enablement and Escalations Engineer.

This role requires expertise in troubleshooting complex network issues, proficiency in web protocols, and experience working with large global customers and partners.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to identify widespread issues, and develop enablement materials for support teams.

In this position, you will learn the product by handling cases escalated from the support teams, create and develop training materials for TAC, and identify supportability and usability requirements for new releases.

You will also monitor and identify case trends, sometimes catching problems before they escalate. Our team is positioned to identify or help in these unplanned projects that result in a better customer experience, cost reduction, or better security.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in support roles, excellent communication skills, and expertise in Windows troubleshooting. Proficiency in Wireshark and Chrome developer tools is a plus.

Key Qualifications">
  • Experience: 5+ years in support roles, working directly with large global customers and partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Expertise in Windows troubleshooting
  • Proficient in Web Protocols, HTTP, HTTPS, TLS
  • Comfortable with usage of tools such as Wireshark and chrome developer tools
