We're seeking a highly skilled Mobile Enablement Manager to join our team. As a key player in the product lifecycle, you'll work closely with our Engineering and Product teams to enable new features for scale.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to drive innovation and growth through technical enablement. You'll take end-to-end ownership of new products and features, ensuring seamless implementation, integration, documentation, scaling, and communication to all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional projects and product improvements, collaborating with engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Create and maintain accurate product documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles to support Professional Services and business teams.
  • Handle complex technical escalations and consult on implementations/issues with clients, fostering strong relationships and resolving issues efficiently.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Technical expertise in mobile ecosystems (Android and iOS), software development, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python, and experience with large-scale data sets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and present complex ideas effectively.
  • A bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of technical mobile hands-on experience is preferred.
