Role Summary

We are seeking an accomplished SEO Growth Specialist to drive our organic growth strategy. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic SEO initiatives across various topics and markets.

You will leverage data and research to create compelling stories that influence teams and generate business results. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Performing market, keyword, and competitor research to determine the best SEO strategies for different topics
  • Monitoring SEO performance metrics and creating regular reports to track results, highlight areas for improvement, and guide decision-making
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization to ensure the implementation of SEO best practices
  • Analyzing large amounts of data to identify trends, gaps, and new growth opportunities
  • Transforming complex data into clear, actionable narratives and communicating key insights through engaging presentations for stakeholders across the company
  • Creating SEO content briefs and conducting technical audits to maintain page health and signal quality for search engines

Key Qualifications Include:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an SEO specialist, with a strong background in large-scale international sites
  • Proficiency in using tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Excel
  • Native-level English proficiency
  • An analytical thinker with the ability to conduct thorough research and make actionable data-driven decisions
  • A passion for organic growth and the evolving search landscape, including AI and SERP innovation
  • Detail-oriented, versatile, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or demonstrated equivalent professional experience
