At CrowdStrike, we are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our team of software engineers responsible for designing and building high-scale and reliable infrastructure for other components to rely on.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of software engineering experience in all phases of a software development lifecycle, with expertise in designing and building Microservices in a cloud environment. They will be responsible for mentoring, coaching, and growing talent at different phases of their careers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and building high-quality software solutions in a cloud environment
  • Mentoring and coaching junior engineers to grow their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions at scale

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience in all phases of a software development lifecycle
  • Experience with designing and building Microservices in a cloud environment
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with ability to grow talent at different phases of their careers
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
