The role involves leading a team to deliver tax consulting and compliance services to multinational clients. Key responsibilities include managing US income tax compliance projects, research and writing on cross-border federal tax planning, and providing leadership and guidance to the engagement team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining strong client relationships through various consulting/compliance engagements.
  • Leading large US income tax compliance projects, including tax return preparation and review.
  • Managing tax consulting projects related to cross-border federal tax planning, restructuring, controversy, and accounting for income taxes.
  • Providing leadership, counseling, and career guidance for the development and motivation of the engagement team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4-5 years experience in US tax return preparation services. Experience with tax consulting and international taxation is preferred.
  • Extensive experience working with tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Visio.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong executive presence and experience participating in strategic planning initiatives.
  • Strong research, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Native-level English is required.
