ScaleOps is revolutionizing DevOps team management of cloud-native application infrastructures. Our platform automates resource management, removing organizational friction between application owners and DevOps teams.

We're looking for a Technical Account Manager to work closely with our customers and prospects, providing technical support and serving as a trusted advisor.

You will work with our sales, product, and engineering teams to help customers understand the value of our platform from a technical and business perspective.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years experience working with cloud-native technologies, including container technologies and Kubernetes, and a minimum three years experience in customer-facing roles.

Key responsibilities include engaging with customers, partnering with the sales team, developing value-based relationships at all levels in customer organizations, and advising the sales team on effective ways of positioning our platform.

Requirements

  • 3+ Hands On experience working with cloud-native technologies, such as container technologies and Kubernetes - Must.
  • Minimum three years experience in customer-facing roles, such as technical sales or sales/solution engineering position - Must.
  • A track record of success in a technical presales role.
  • Able to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms, software, and technologies.
