Senior Engineer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to specialize in database management, focusing on designing, implementing, and managing large-scale databases in cloud environments. The ideal candidate will ensure database performance, security, and scalability, while contributing to building highly available and resilient systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and optimize NoSQL databases for optimal performance and scalability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address database requirements and ensure seamless integration with cloud platforms
  • Troubleshoot performance and scaling issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system availability
  • Participate in on-call rotations for emergency support and contribute to the development of highly available systems
Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, with a strong focus on performance tuning and scaling
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, with a deep understanding of database management and cloud infrastructure
  • Strong experience in database performance optimization and scaling, with a focus on ensuring high availability and resilience
