Dealing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor the operation of trading platforms to ensure seamless execution of trades
Stay up-to-date with market news and trends to make informed trading decisions
Analyze company exposures and provide risk commentary
Adhere to company dealing procedures and guidelines
Review client accounts and provide trading activity commentary
Identify and report abusive trading behavior
Participate in new project development and implementation
Train new dealers and provide knowledge transfer
Manage risk and develop trading conditions to increase revenue per million

Requirements:

Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a relevant field
Basic or Advanced Certification of the Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission is an advantage

Skills and Experience:

Minimum 5 years' experience in a dealing role at a reputable broker
Strong experience in risk management
Extensive experience with MT5 administration
Good understanding of the financial market
Fluency in English (verbal and written)
Computer literacy
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MySQL
High analytical skills
Advanced skills in MT5 bridge implementation, VBA, and Python
