Dealing Specialist

**Key Responsibilities:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Dealing Specialist to join our team at The Talent Hunter. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and a proven track record in dealing roles.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the operation of trading platforms to ensure seamless execution of trades.
• Stay up-to-date with market news and trends to make informed trading decisions.
• Monitor company exposures and provide risk commentary to senior management.
• Follow company dealing procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Review client accounts and provide trading activity commentary.
• Identify and report abusive trading behavior.
• Participate in new projects and provide reporting.
• Train new dealers to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Undertake any project requested by senior management.
• Manage risk to ensure the company's financial stability.
• Analyze and develop trading conditions to increase revenue per million.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a relevant field.
• Basic or Advanced Certification of the Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission is an advantage.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a dealing role at a reputable broker.
• Strong experience in risk management.
• Extensive experience with MT5 admin.
• Good understanding of the financial market.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Computer literate.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MySQL.
• High analytical skills.
• Advanced: MT5 bridge implementation, VBA, Python.
