Banking Operations Manager

About the Role:
The Teller Supervisor is responsible for supervising teller staff and managing all aspects of branch operations, including transaction processing, customer service, and security.
This position demands strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to motivate staff and effectively organize and delegate duties among the teller staff.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train teller staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient transaction processing.
- Monitor and manage branch operations, including cash handling, security, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and revenue growth, cross-selling bank products and services to customers.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a teller or supervisor in a financial institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and make sound decisions.

Compensation:
The estimated hourly rate for this role is $24.00, with eligibility to earn an annual bonus.
