Job Title: Branch Manager Assistant
A challenging opportunity to lead and motivate a team of tellers, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient branch operations.

About the Role:

The Teller Supervisor is responsible for supervising teller staff and overseeing all branch functions related to processing customer transactions and providing routine banking services.

This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to motivate staff and effectively organize and delegate duties among the teller staff.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train teller staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient transaction processing.
  • Monitor and manage branch operations, including cash handling, security, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and revenue growth, cross-selling bank products and services to customers.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a teller or supervisor in a financial institution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and make sound decisions.

Compensation:

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $24.00, with eligibility to earn an annual bonus.
