Monitoring Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Monitoring Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production environment.

Your primary focus will be on proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues before they become critical problems. This involves:

  • Responding to events and various technical problems in real-time
  • Troubleshooting and investigating production issues in our services
  • Handling issues until resolution with DevOps, DBA, and R&D teams
  • Monitoring and liaising activities of the production environment, network, business transactions reports
  • Direct communication with worldwide partners

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, as well as good written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience in working with APIs, HTTP requests, and familiarity with AWS Opensearch/Elasticsearch and SQL are advantages.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 semesters (1.5 years) left until graduation and be available to work 24/7 shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays. Commitment is required for a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including one night shift.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • At least 3 semesters (1.5 years) left until graduation
  • Knowledge in working with APIs, HTTP requests
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure

A NOC/Similar position experience is an advantage, as is knowledge in AWS Opensearch/Elasticsearch, SQL, and Log investigation.
