**Conducting Engaging Training Sessions**
We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Trainer to conduct engaging development training sessions using a variety of techniques. As a member of our team, you will assist in trainer development while partnering with management to develop learning solutions for our people to deliver legendary customer service across North America.
- Conduct engaging development training sessions using a variety of techniques.
- Mentor employees and report their performance progress to management.
- Assess department training needs and seek ways to improve processes and procedures.
- Serve as a liaison to the corporate training team.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in adult learning, corporate training or related area, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with existing and emerging training methods and tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
