About the Role- This position involves providing administrative and technical support to project teams, ensuring files are reviewed according to schedules and departmental guidance.
- You will be responsible for coordinating site activation activities, developing critical paths for site activations, and performing department, internal, country, and investigator file reviews.
- The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, able to accurately analyze project-specific data and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- You will also be responsible for maintaining vendor trackers, supporting start-up teams in regulatory submissions, and working directly with sites to obtain documents related to site selection.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Previous experience providing administrative and technical support to project teams.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills, able to accurately analyze project-specific data and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
