Customer Service Supervisor

The role of a Teller Supervisor involves overseeing the activities of teller staff and ensuring that all branch functions are carried out efficiently.

">

This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills to motivate staff and effectively delegate tasks among the teller team.

">

  • Operate a cash drawer to serve customers in the lobby or drive-up.

  • Recognize potential cross-selling opportunities and direct customers to relevant bank personnel.

  • Take a proactive approach to resolving operational issues and make exceptions to policy as needed.

  • Identify and report potential fraud to management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with department, bank, and regulatory policies and procedures.

A key aspect of this role is performing routine monthly audits and daily/monthly sales tracking.

Additionally, the Teller Supervisor will participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of teller staff, including performance reviews.

">

The ideal candidate will uphold established standards by providing exceptional customer service and participating in community events.

Requirements:

">

  • Previous experience as a teller required.

  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience preferred, preferably within a financial institution.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Ability to travel between branches may be necessary.

  • Ability to lift 30 lbs.

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.

  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
