The role of a Lead Teller Manager involves overseeing the activities of teller staff and ensuring seamless customer service. To excel in this position, you will need to possess exceptional leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and delegate tasks effectively.

A successful candidate will have previous experience as a teller and at least 3-5 years of supervisory experience. They should also possess excellent customer service skills, be able to communicate effectively, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising teller staff and ensuring they are equipped to handle customer transactions efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate records and performing regular audits to prevent errors.
  • Providing coaching and training to develop staff members' skills and enhance their performance.
  • Collaborating with management to implement new policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring all employees adhere to established safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
