Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for conducting thorough patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify areas of concern and develop effective care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate documentation and communication
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and promote continuity
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to relevant laws and regulations
- Participate in educational programs to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- RN licensure in the State of Missouri or Illinois
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a positive patient experience
