About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Research Engineer to join our team. This is a high-impact role for someone with a strong academic foundation, real-world experience in startup environments, and a passion for turning state-of-the-art models into production-ready systems.

  • Conduct applied research in deep learning, LLMs, and agentic reasoning.
  • Train and fine-tune large-scale models; evaluate performance, alignment, and robustness.
  • Prototype systems around language model orchestration, retrieval pipelines, and tool use.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure engineers to scale and deploy models in production-grade settings.
Requirements
  • M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or similar, with a research thesis in ML, DL, or NLP.
  • 4+ years of industry experience in AI/ML roles in startup environments.
  • Hands-on experience training and evaluating neural networks, transformers, and LLMs.
  • Proficiency in Python and ML toolkits (e.g., PyTorch, Hugging Face, JAX).
  • Ability to balance research depth with rapid prototyping and experimentation.

  • Experience with agent frameworks, RLHF, online reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or published research in machine learning, NLP, or AI systems.
