Senior AI Research Engineer Position

We're seeking a seasoned Senior AI Research Engineer to spearhead applied research efforts at the cutting-edge of LLMs, agents, and AI.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with a strong academic foundation, real-world experience in startup environments, and a passion for translating state-of-the-art models into production-ready systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct advanced research in deep learning, LLMs, and agentic reasoning.
  • Train and fine-tune large-scale models; evaluate performance, alignment, and robustness.
  • Develop prototype systems around language model orchestration, retrieval pipelines, and tool utilization.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure engineers to scale and deploy models in production-grade settings.
  • Stay abreast of and experiment with cutting-edge research in the field.

Requirements:

  • M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field, with a research thesis in ML, DL, or NLP.
  • 4+ years of industry experience in AI/ML roles in startup environments.
  • Hands-on experience training and evaluating neural networks, transformers, and LLMs.
  • Proficiency in Python and ML toolkits (e.g., PyTorch, Hugging Face, JAX).

The ideal candidate will be able to balance research depth with rapid prototyping and experimentation, driving innovation and progress in the field of AI research.
