Job Description:
  • You will lead market research projects to identify opportunities, customer needs, and emerging trends across various industries.
  • Track the digital marketing landscape, distilling competitive moves into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies, category expansions, and growth initiatives.
  • Craft compelling presentations and reports that make complex data easy to understand.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to co-create frameworks and distribute insights that empower everyone.
  • Champion the use of AI tools to accelerate research, situational awareness, and insight generation.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in strategy, research, corporate planning, or consulting.
  • Proven track record of conducting end-to-end research projects with both numerical and qualitative evidence.
  • Proficient Excel/Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and basic data manipulation.
  • Familiarity with AI workflows; eagerness to learn and embed AI tools into daily work.
  • Business-oriented problem solver: balancing analytical rigor with practical thinking to drive decisions.
  • Exceptional English communication skills – able to craft compelling stories for multiple audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field (MBA/MSc welcome).
  • Familiarity with the consumer market and/or performance-based online marketing models is an advantage.
